Milos Bujisic is a Clinical Associate Professor of Marketing and Statistics at the NYU SPS Division of Programs in Business, Integrated Marketing program. Before joining NYU, Milos was a tenured Associate Professor of Consumer Sciences at the Ohio State University.
He obtained his PhD at University of Central Florida, Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
Prior to joining academia, for 10 years Milos owned and managed several businesses that provided financial and marketing consultancy services as well as several restaurants. The focus of his academic and professional expertise is in advanced marketing research and consumer behavior.
Milos currently teaches Statistical Measurements, Analysis & Research, Integrated Marketing and Digital Marketing courses.
His research is focused on applied marketing methodology and customer experience in different service settings such as hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and air travel. Additionally, he worked on studies related to revenue management, sales, pricing, and information systems.
