Sheri Feinzig, Ph.D. is a Partner with IBM’s Global Business Services Talent & Transformation practice. She is an experienced executive with a history of successfully leading organizations and teams through a range of business challenges, transformation and growth. She has expertise in human resources research, organizational change management, business transformation and performance feedback. Recent focus areas include employee experience, people analytics, diversity/equity/inclusion, organizational culture and ethical AI. Sheri earned her Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York.

Sheri speaks frequently at conferences, webinars and podcasts. Recent conferences include the keynote address for the Third Annual American Innovation Index 2020 Conference (topic: Why Diversity Matters for Innovation); Fordham University 2020 Future of Work Conference (topic: The Future of Human Beings: Aligning Technology with Humanity, a TED-style talk and panel discussion with Nick Thompson, then Editor-in-Chief Wired Magazine); American Psychological Association Stress and Health 2019 Conference panel discussion (topic: Plugged In: Managing Risks and Maximizing Gains in an Era of Rapid Technological Change); ServiceNow Knowledge 2019 (topic: Algorithmic Bias: Can We Stop Bad Data Before it Starts?).

She is also a co-author of the critically acclaimed workforce analytics book The Power of People (Pearson FT Press, 2017).

In addition to her extensive corporate, consulting and research experience, Sheri has taught classes at the undergraduate, masters and doctoral levels at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois. She is currently an adjunct professor for New York University's Human Capital Analytics and Technology Master of Science program.
