This course presents techniques for managing a single real estate asset as well as a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. It reviews strategies to increase net operating income and to create and preserve asset value. Topics include identifying owner investment goals, strategic planning, cost control techniques, financial reporting, leasing, and operations.
